Service Package

£400 Setup Fee | £200 Annual Renewal (Service will only start / end once payment for initial service payment terms is completed via cash / bank transfers / link payment / subscription.) No sudden charges. Account / Credit / Extra Services / Charges at your account manager's discretion. Extra costs subject to market changes as extra charges / call outs / services and expenses may vary. By using our services you auto agree to our terms.

Full Support System - HACCP implementation.
2 Yearly Audits - Professional on-site compliance audits
Google Drive Setup - Cloud-based document management
Team Onboarding - Complete staff training setup
Checklists & Monitoring - Custom monitoring systems
Training Platform Access - Available upon request
Support & Training - System presentation and execution guidance

Payment Terms: Flexible payment options available. Terms can be agreed before, upon, or after completion. Subject to credit checks. An invoice will be issued following agreement.

I acknowledge extra visits, certifications, and courses are subject to additional charges.

I understand my responsibility to comply with UK Health & Safety laws, with SafetyFirst providing support and guidance.

I agree all records will be kept digitally and accessible to all staff members.

I understand payment terms are flexible and subject to credit checks. Invoice will follow.
